Managing Director and FounderLived in San Francisco Bay Area (Silicon Valley) for 40+ years, worked in semiconductor industry for 20 years, and founded the mobile phone application software company, Remoba, and as President & CEO, ran the company for 16 years.
Strong expertise in all aspects of semiconductor process technologies – process module development, process integration, design and device characterization of test modules, yield enhancement, product reliability and QA for various process flows of CMOS, Bipolar, BiCMOS, EPROM, EEPROM, Flash, DRAM, SRAM, FPGA, ASIC, Processor with multiple generations of process technologies up to 70nm. Worked inside the fab at AMD, Fairchild, Samsung, and nChip (Flextronics). At Altera corporation, as a director of technology development coordinated all the process development and yield enhancement work for many generations of technology with Cypress Semiconductors, Sharp Electronics, Chartered Semiconductors, and TSMC.
Expertise in cloud based software application development for mobile phones supporting various operating systems – BREW, Java, Android, IOS, Linux; Data Centers, productivity applications such as email, contacts, calendar, sms & mms chat; phone backup, mobile workforce management, sync engines, and encryption. White-labeled and licensed core product, RemoSync, an outlook sync using Microsoft ActiveSync protocols, to Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Huawei.

With over two decades of experience, he has successfully created and led multiple successful organizations, driving value for stakeholders at every step. Ranjit's leadership is characterized by a strategic vision, operational excellence, and a relentless commitment to sustainable growth. He has forged long-term collaborations and partnerships with various stakeholders and has successfully led Archean Chemical Industries Limited to its listing with National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange, with a market capitalization of over USD 1 Billion.
Notably, Ranjit holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the prestigious University of Chicago, Illinois, USA, and a Bachelor of Economics degree from New York University.
He is also a Promoter and director of SiCSem Private Limited and is committed to guiding the organization to achieve its objective of developing a world-class Silicon Carbide fabrication facility in India.
